About The Gateway-Solutions Transition Program
Gateway-Solutions Transitional Program will help you create a home environment where your child can sustain the therapy that he has already received at Gateway.
You will have access to our online audios, videos and other material that will help walk you through creating your Gateway Solutions Sustainability Plan and preparing for your initial home visit(s). This Program is offered exclusively to Gateway Families who are about to enter the transitional phase.
